This show shall continue through September, into October.

The Wolves
Pen & Ink on Watercolour Paper
These wolves carry the weight of the natural and primal world on their shoulders. All that humans leave behind—their love of nature, their perception of true beauty—is left for these wolves to bear on their shoulders. Wolves are creatures that are not physically capable of being domesticated. Wolves cannot be tamed and therefore they represent the concept of primalism. They are a wild and defiant species that are forced to live in a world that is quickly being consumed by industrialism.

Runaway
Pen, Ink on Paper
This series explores natural human characteristics that can be acquired and/or relinquished throughout one’s lifetime. Human attributes, such as childlike sense of wonder, euphoria and escapism, are attributes that occur to different people at different stages of their development. They can be suppressed or encouraged by both internal and external influences. The simplicity of each image (lack of background, context and definitive features) allows each individual viewer to connect with it his or her own, unique way.
